Quality Management at HSE24
HSE24 sets new standards in quality management in the electronic home shopping media. From product selection to delivery HSE24's internal quality management guarantees the customer that he or she will receive products in perfect order: The essential pre-condition for a stable customer relationship.
Suppliers are selected carefully long before any products are ordered. Product samples are tested in a thorough process, making sure they meet all of HSE24's quality criteria such as performance characteristics, packaging, design, user manual, etc. A new article will be added to the HSE24 product range only when all of these requirements are fulfilled. A final quality check of all incoming goods guarantees that only completely faultless products leave the warehouse.
